If you’re hosting guests this holiday season, these bars are the perfect thing for guests to grab in the morning with a cup of coffee for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup Sun-Maid California Sun-Dried Raisins
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ripe mashed bananas

Directions

  • 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • 2

    Grease 9 x 9 inch baking pan.

  • 3

Combine oats, flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon into a mixing bowl, and stir.

  • 4

Mix the mashed banana and maple syrup to the oat mixture until combined.

  • 5

Stir in raisins, and any other add-ins you would like in your bars. (ex. walnuts, coconut, dates, dark chocolate)

  • 6

Spoon the oatmeal batter mixture into pan. Use the back of a spoon to compress the mixture into the pan evenly, smoothing out the top.

  • 7

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until the top of the bars are firm and golden brown at the edges.

  • 8

Let cool and cut into squares. Store in the fridge or freezer.

  • 9

    Warm and enjoy!
