Maria's Eggnog Pudding with Raisins


  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 package (7 ounces) Mexican eggnog flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
  • 4 Maraschino cherries
  • Directions:

    HEAT milk in a medium saucepan just until simmering. Remove from heat.
    STIR in gelatin until dissolved.
    COOL 30-45 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate until partially set.
    STIR in raisins.
    POUR into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until completely set. Top with a cherry before serving.

    Makes 4 servings.
