Holiday Bruschetta with Raisins

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 2 inch oval shapes
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Sun-Maid California Sun-Dried Raisins
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Garnish with mint

Directions

    Slice your baguette into 2 inch oval shapes.

  • 2

    Add a layer of Greek yogurt on each slice.

  • 3

    Top with raisins, pomegranate arils, and diced celery.

  • 4

    Top with a drizzle of honey and a garnish of mint.
