Raisins add a moist, wonderfully chewy texture and a dark rich color to this traditional apple and nut salad. For variety, try substituting Sun-Maid Fruit Bits or Apricots (diced) for the raisins. One serving equals one 5 A Day serving.
- 1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 2 diced apples
- 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
- 1/3 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts, optional
- lettuce leaves
COMBINE all ingredients except walnuts and lettuce
PLACE on lettuce leaves and garnish with walnuts, if desired.
