 Raisins add a moist,
wonderfully chewy texture and a dark rich color to this traditional apple and
nut salad. For variety, try substituting Sun-Maid Fruit Bits or Apricots
(diced) for the raisins. One serving equals one 5 A Day serving.
Ingredients
1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
2 diced apples
1/2 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1/3 cup sliced celery
2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts, optional
lettuce leaves
Directions:COMBINE all ingredients except walnuts and lettuce
leaves. TOSS well. PLACE on lettuce leaves and garnish with walnuts, if desired.
