Tropical Tortilla Wheels

Make these snacks after school for you and your friends. The tortilla rollup makes a handy take-along for breakfast or lunch: Roll it up and leave it whole.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium carrot
  • 1 8-inch flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple cheese spread
  • 3 tablespoons Sun-Maid Tropical Trio
  • Directions:

    PEEL carrot with a vegetable peeler and shred the carrot with a grater. Lay tortilla flat on a clean kitchen counter.
    SPREAD the cheese spread on the tortilla. Sprinkle carrot and Tropical Trio evenly over the tortilla.
    ROLL up tortilla and cut into 8 slices. Serve and enjoy right away.

    Makes 8 servings.
