Trio Medley Salad

100% natural Sun-Maid Raisins team up with a variety of vegetables to help make eating more servings of fruits and vegetables a day easy, delicious and fun.


  • Salad:

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded jicama*
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
  • Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • salt and pepper
  • Directions:

    COMBINE all salad ingredients; blend well.
    COMBINE all dressing ingredients; blend well.
    POUR dressing over salad.
    ADD salt and pepper to taste.
    TOSS and serve.

    Makes 4 servings.

    *Jicama is a crunchy root vegetable found in the supermarket produce department. Remove the skin with a vegetable peeler.
