Sweet Raisin Chips
- 12 Sun-Maid Raisin tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pumpkin butter
- Apple butter
Heat oven to 400 F.
Brush both sides of all tortillas with melted butter; place on cookie sheet.
In small bowl stir together sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle tops of tortillas with mixture.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tortillas are lightly crisp.
Cut each tortilla into 4 triangles.
Serve with pumpkin or apple butter, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
