Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
Salt and pepper
8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1 head iceburg lettuce, torn in pieces and chilled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
Tortilla chips
Directions: In a skillet, BROWN meat, onion and garlic; drain. STIR in chili powder; add salt and pepper to taste. STIR in tomato sauce and raisins. SIMMER 5 minutes; cool slightly. PLACE lettuce in serving dish and top with meat mixture, cheese and tomato. GARNISH edge of dish with tortilla chips and serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
