Simple Banana Raisin Bread


  • 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
  • 1 package ChiquitaTM Banana Bread Mix
  • 1 cup mashed bananas (approximately 2 very ripe bananas)
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/3 cup water

  • Equipment:
    Large mixing bowl
    8X4 inch loaf pan


    Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour 8x4 inch loaf pan.
    Prepare batter according to package directions.
    Fold in raisins.
    Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Continue to cool on wire rack.
