Rainbow Detox Salad

Makes: 5 cups (10 servings)


  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 orange pepper, chopped
  • 2 medium red apples, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Golden Raisins
  • 1/4 cup diced almonds or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. diced chives


    Chop the celery, pepper, and apples, and place them in a large bowl. Add the raisins and nuts to the bowl.
    In a separate medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and salt. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and stir to coat evenly.
    Sprinkle the salad with diced chives and serve.
