For a healthful start to your day, layer crunchy granola with maple sweetened Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Use either traditional or Greek yogurt which is thick and creamy because the whey is removed.
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh berries
- 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Tropical Granola (See Tropical Granola recipe under "You May Also Enjoy")
- Sun-Maid Natural Raisins or Golden Raisins
STIR together yogurt and maple syrup.
LAYER berries with yogurt and granola in a glass or dish.
TOP with a sprinkling of natural or golden raisins.
