Honey-Nut Stuffed Celery
- 1 package (8-ounce) light cream cheese
- 6 ribs celery
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup Sun-Maid Cape Cod Cranberries
UNWRAP cream cheese and place in a medium bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
WASH celery and pat dry with paper towels. Have an adult use a sharp knife to cut off ends of celery and cut each rib in half crosswise.
Using a spoon, STIR honey, nuts and cranberries into softened cream cheese.
Using a table knife, SPREAD 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture onto each celery piece.
Makes 12 pieces.
