 Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup long grain white rice
1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
14-1/2-ounce can chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon basil
Directions: In medium saucepan, SAUTE onion and garlic in butter. STIR in rice, raisins, chicken broth and basil. BRING to a boil, cover and reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
