Fruited Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 8-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
  • 1 cup diagonally sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup diagonally sliced green onions
  • 1 head Chinese cabbage, cut into chunks
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Directions:
    COMBINE all salad ingredients except cabbage.
    COMBINE all dressing ingredients; blend well.
    POUR dressing over salad; toss well.
    SERVE over cabbage.
