 Ingredients
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon ground coriander
7-ounce package Sun-Maid Fruit Bits
1 cup chopped pecans
crackers or baguette slices
Directions: COMBINE cream cheese, cheddar cheese and coriander until well blended. ADD fruit and stir gently. SHAPE into a ball and roll in pecans. REFRIGERATE overnight. SERVE as a spread on crackers or on toasted baguette slices.
Makes a 7-inch cheese ball.
