Choco-Logs
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 package (21.5-ounces) basic brownie mix
1 package (1 cup) Sun-Maid Baking Raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. CRACK eggs into large bowl.
STIR with a fork until yolks and whites are well mixed.
Using a spoon, STIR in vegetable oil and brownie mix, stirring until evenly mixed.
STIR in Sun-Maid Baking Raisins.
DIVIDE dough into 4 equal pieces (about 1 cup each). Work with one piece of dough at a time.
On a cutting board, SHAPE into a log.
ROLL the dough back and forth until log is 10-inches long.
ROLL out the other 3 pieces of dough the same way. Place 2 logs on a cookie sheet, leaving 3 inches between logs.
PLACE cookie sheets in upper third of oven and bake for 20 minutes. Use potholders and carefully remove cookie sheets from oven. Leaving brownie logs on cookie sheets, place sheets on wire racks to cool.
COOL brownie logs completely before removing from cookie sheets.
CUT into diagonal slices about 1-1/2-inches wide.
STORE in tightly covered container.

Makes 3 dozen.
