 Ingredients
Salad:
4 cups assorted salad greens, torn in pieces and chilled
1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1 green apple, sliced
1/2 cup whole almonds, toasted
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional
Dressing:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons mustard
Directions: COMBINE all salad ingredients except blue cheese. COMBINE all dressing ingredients; blend well. POUR dressing over salad; toss well. SPRINKLE with blue cheese, if desired. SERVE immediately.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
