Peanut Butter and Cheese Sandwich


  • 2 slices Sun-Maid Raisin Bread
  • 4 teaspoons crunchy or smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (1-oz.) shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 to 4 slices apple thinly sliced
  • Directions:

    TOAST raisin bread if desired. Cool slightly.
    SPREAD 2 teaspoons peanut butter on each slice of toast.
    TOP one slice with cheese and apple. Place remaining toast on top
    SERVE immediately or wrap for bag lunch.

    Makes one sandwich.
