3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1-3/4 cup (14.5-oz. can) chicken broth
1/2 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1 bag (8-oz.) herbed stuffing mix
1/3 cup coaresly chopped pecans toasted
Directions:
COOK onion and celery in butter over medium heat 8 minutes, stirring
occasionally. ADD broth and raisins. Bring to a boil. STIR in stuffing mix and pecans. (Stuffing may be placed in a greased baking
dish and refrigerated.) COVER and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve as a side dish with chicken, turkey, or
pork.
