Raisin Carrot Salad


  • 1-1/2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • Directions:

    COMBINE all ingredients and toss well.
    COVER and refrigerate until chilled.
