Grilled Fontina and Pear Sandwich

Directions:

BUTTER one side of each of two slices of Sun-Maid Raisin Bread.
BETWEEN unbuttered slices of bread, layer sliced Fontina cheese, thinly sliced Bartlett pear and another slice of Fontina cheese.
GRILL, buttered side down in a skillet over medium heat, until both sides are brown and cheese is melted.
