Breakfast Tortilla Roll-Up
- 1 container (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1-1/2 cups Sun-Maid Zante Currants
- 4 fajita size flour tortillas
- 12 slices pre-sliced apples
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
to 350° F. Spray a baking sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray.
COMBINE cream cheese, apple butter and currants in a medium mixing bowl.
Makes 4 servings.
