- 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup Sun-Maid Apricots, chopped
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
together coconut, apricots, condensed milk and salt. DROP
by tablespoonfuls onto a greased or parchment lined baking sheet. BAKE
at 350 degrees until edges are golden, 12 to 15 minutes. COOL
on baking sheet 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 20 to 22.
