- 8 Sun-Maid Raisin tortillas
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped peanut butter cups (12 mini cups)
Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on a tortilla.
Top peanut butter coated tortilla with 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts, 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips, and about 3 tablespoons chopped peanut butter cups.
Top with second tortilla.
Place filled tortilla on heated non-stick skillet and cook over medium heat until lightly toasted on bottom and filling begins to melt. Turn over tortilla and continue cooking until second side is lightly browned.
Cut into 4 triangles.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
