- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Sun-Maid Tart Cherries or Cape Cod Cranberries
oven to 350° F.PLACE
sugar, flour and cocoa in an ungreased 8-inch square pan. STIR
with a fork until thoroughly combined.
In a small bowl, MELT
butter in microwave about 1 minute. BLEND
butter mixture into dry ingredients. STIR
with a fork, scraping corners and sides until wet and dry ingredients are completely combined.STIR
in choice of dried fruit.BAKE
25 minutes or until center feels set when lightly touched.COOL
and cut into squares.
