- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 7-ounce package Sun-Maid Fruit Bits
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- crackers or baguette slices
cream cheese, cheddar cheese and coriander until well blended. ADD
fruit and stir gently. SHAPE
into a ball and roll in pecans. REFRIGERATE
as a spread on crackers or on toasted baguette slices.
Makes a 7-inch cheese ball.
